OnBase University Level 1 Certified in Hitting and Pitching

Erik Shimane became certified with OnBase University in their Level 1 Hitting and Pitching certifications. OnBase University is a leader in the education of baseball and softball experts. Their Hitting and Pitching Certification workshops teach industry professionals how to improve player performance through a deep understanding of how the body functions during hitting and pitching.

Erik can now quickly identify any physical limitations that may be causing a player's swing and/or pitch inefficiencies and simple solutions to get them back on track. Erik can also identify when a limitation is a mobility, stability or strength issue and any technique modifications to improve player performance quickly.
